As we get busier, travel more frequently, and eat more on the go, people who otherwise love to cook may become frustrated when their living space lacks a fully-stocked kitchen.
pitchI produced this proof-of-concept of a portable spice kit that frequent travelers could stock with their favourite spices. It comes complete with a small recipe book of easy microwave meals, cafeteria hacks, and other mobile cooking tips for your hotel, dorm room, hostel, or camp site.
